Prices range from $895 to $2,500+ , based on tour length, location, and partner tour company.

$695 coursework fee for ITMI Certified Tour Directors
$795 for non-ITMI Tour Directors and other Travel Professionals

PROGRAM TIMELINE

New students must book within 15 days after enrollment in the ITMI Tour Director & Guide Program
Tours must be booked at least 60 days in advance with deposit.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Travel insurance is required and must include coverage for cancellation, emergency, medical, & evacuation.
The tour operator governs cancellation policies. No refunds from ITMI.
Air Transportation is not included. Refer to the tour operator for possible air transportation discounts.
Spaces are limited—apply early to secure your preferred destination and dates.
