Prices range from $895 to $2,500+ , based on tour length, location, and partner tour company.

$695 coursework fee for ITMI Certified Tour Directors
$795 for non-ITMI Tour Directors and other Travel Professionals

PROGRAM TIMELINE

  • New students must book within 15 days after enrollment in the ITMI Tour Director & Guide Program
  • Tours must be booked at least 60 days in advance with deposit.
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
  • Travel insurance is required and must include coverage for cancellation, emergency, medical, & evacuation.
  • The tour operator governs cancellation policies. No refunds from ITMI.
  • Air Transportation is not included. Refer to the tour operator for possible air transportation discounts.
  • Spaces are limited—apply early to secure your preferred destination and dates.
