Hands-on Tour Director training gives you the opportunity to develop professional skills through direct participation in a live touring environment with real guests and experienced tour professionals.
During live tour training, you’ll observe professional Tour Directors, practice commentary, participate in tour activities, interact with guests, and receive feedback from instructors and peers.
The program is designed for aspiring Tour Directors, graduates of ITMI’s online program or other qualified tourism programs, hospitality and tourism professionals, and learners who prefer practical experience.
The experience includes live tour participation, real guest interaction, practical assignments, instructor feedback, and the opportunity to earn ITMI’s On-the-Road Tour Director Immersive Distinction Certification.
