Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to our list of participating tour operators. Here’s how the process works:

Important: Unless otherwise approved, tours must be booked at least 60 days in advance and paid according to the tour operator’s guidelines.

You have up to one year from the date of your ITMI MasterClass enrollment to select and book your tour.
Nope! ITMI takes care of the entire verification and eligibility process for you. You’ll only begin working directly with the tour operator after your tour and pricing are confirmed.
Yes! Occasionally, tour partners offer last-minute deals or special promotions. ITMI will share these opportunities with you and our alumni network as they become available. These may even allow you to bring a guest at a discounted rate.
Yes! With the tour operator’s permission, you may be invited to give a short, engaging storytelling presentation during your tour. It’s a great way to build confidence and connect with your group. We’ll ensure the presentation is brief, relevant, and adds value to the guest experience.
Absolutely. The On the Road MasterClass gives you hands-on professional exposure in the travel industry. Feel free to highlight your tour, presentation, and experience as a part of your training.
