Applicants must have a diploma from high school, a GED, vocational school, college or graduate school. We find that the most successful applicants are those who exhibit maturity, possess a genuine interest and skill in working with groups of people and have a passion for travel. Proficiency in a foreign language is desirable but not a prerequisite for admission. All instruction is given in English, so applicants must have advances English speaking, reading and writing skills.
