Enrollment Procedures
If you are interested in more information on our trip director school please call (800) 442-4864 or
complete the preliminary Enrollment Application Form and submit it directly from our website,
or copy it and mail it to the Director of Admissions in San Francisco. Upon receipt, your application
will be reviewed and you will be contacted by one of our senior counselors to arrange a personal
telephone or office interview. At the conclusion of your interview you will be advised if you have
been accepted as a tour director student.
When you are accepted a $50 application fee is due to process your application. This fee is fully
refundable if you do not enroll in class. Applications will be processed as received. Early application
is recommended because of limited class size.
All applicants must be interviewed prior to acceptance. We have established a strong relationship with
hundreds of national and international tour companies and we put our reputation on the line every time
we recommend one of our travel director graduates. We must have confidence that you have what it takes
to be a success as a professional tour director. Our graduates are our strongest assets. It is they
who have helped to build our 32-year reputation.
